PP melt blown filter cartridge

The polypropylene PP melt blown filter cartridge produced by Xinxiang Dayu Filtration Equipment Co., Ltd. is made by hot-melt entanglement of polypropylene ultrafine fibers, without using any chemical adhesives. The fibers are randomly bonded to form a three-dimensional microporous structure, integrating surface, deep layer, and coarse filtration without fiber shedding. Due to the high filtration accuracy and pollutant holding capacity formed by fibers and density in the diameter direction of the filter cartridge, the deep filtration structure with gradually changing pore size from outer to inner can effectively remove suspended solids, particles, rust and other impurities in the flowing liquid, with high filtration effect and long service life. Currently widely used in various industries, it is also an economically effective water treatment filter element.
