　　In the heat exchanger heat transfer process, there are iron (caused by oxygen corrosion and weak acid corrosion), or oil and other pollutants into the condensate, the boiler and turbine operation hazards, therefore, to the iron containing oil condensate fine-treatment, to meet the boiler feed water standards.

　　The 70” Power Plant Condensate Wire Wound Filter Element is made from continuous high performance fiber filter media, wound using special equipment. The length of the filter element is up to 70” (1778mm), the center rod adopts 304, 316 stainless steel to strengthen the skeleton, which ensures the overall appearance of the filter element, and the high-performance fiber ensures that the filter element is not easy to deform and the fiber fall off, and can be installed in the existing equipment. External threads and stainless steel wire rod connections ensure the installation of the cartridge. It has a long mechanical service life and is widely used in iron removal and filtration of condensate in power plants.
