Notice Regarding the 2026 New Year's Day Holiday

To All Employees:

In accordance with the national statutory holiday schedule and considering the company's operational needs, the arrangements for the 2026 New Year's Day holiday and related matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Holiday Period

The holiday will be observed from Thursday, January 1, 2026, to Friday, January 2, 2026, totaling two days.

Regular work hours resume on January 3 (Saturday), with January 4 (Sunday) designated as a compensatory workday.

All employees are requested to make necessary work and personal arrangements in advance to ensure seamless transition before and after the holiday.

II. Work Arrangement Reminders

Production Departments: Currently operating at peak production capacity with urgent order delivery deadlines. All departments must coordinate production schedules in advance, arrange shift rotations reasonably, and ensure production progress remains unaffected by the holiday. Frontline production staff must strictly adhere to operational protocols to guarantee safe production.

Business and Logistics Departments:

Communicate with suppliers and clients beforehand regarding logistics and supply arrangements during the New Year period to prevent order delays due to the holiday. Simultaneously, conduct equipment inspections and safety patrols in office areas to eliminate potential hazards.

III. Pre-Spring Festival Stocking Reminder

Following the New Year holiday, the Spring Festival approaches with a surge in market inventory demand. To ensure supply chain stability, all departments must:

Sales and Procurement: Confirm pre-Spring Festival order requirements with clients in advance. Collaborate with procurement to secure raw material inventory and prevent pre-holiday shortages.

Production and Warehousing: Adjust production capacity based on order forecasts and optimize scheduling. Warehousing must implement categorized storage, moisture-proofing, and fire prevention measures to safeguard goods.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Establish emergency communication protocols among Production, Logistics, Finance, and other departments to promptly address unforeseen issues, ensuring efficient and orderly operations before the holiday.

IV. Additional Matters

During the holiday period, on-duty personnel must maintain communication availability. Report and handle emergencies promptly.

All employees must return to work with full commitment. Department heads should conduct motivational briefings to ensure smooth progress toward annual targets.

As the New Year approaches, we extend our warmest wishes for a joyous holiday and happiness to all employees and their families! May we embrace the challenges of the new year with vigor and achieve outstanding results together!
