Third, product quality requirements:
1、The surface of wire-wound cartridge produced by Xinxiang Dayu is clean and smooth, the wire-wound gap is even, there is no messy wire, there is only one joint and it is properly handled, there is no protruding defect, and the end cap is guaranteed to be intact.
2、Wire winding outer diameter to meet the tolerance requirements of D = 50 ± 0.5mm, cartridge axis and end face verticality deviation of less than 2mm; cartridge skeleton thickness of not less than 0.9mm.
3, the cartridge skeleton should be straight-seam welding, weld should be firm, flat, beautiful, no weld tumor, burr and fringe, the skeleton gross surface should be facing the winding line, the skeleton and its metal parts are made of 316L stainless steel;
4, the skeleton should prevent the winding line should be sliding on the tab, the height should be 0.3mm, see standard. Skeleton opening rate to meet or higher than the standard requirements, the opening rate is higher than the standard, not to reduce the strength of the skeleton, small holes for 60 ° arrangement. The metal skeleton is not rusty and does not cause secondary pollution to the filtration.

(7) Boiling water shrinkage: 8.0%.
(8) Instability: 1.5%.
Fourth, product performance requirements.
(1) Filter element filtration precision: 5μm, tested according to the requirements of DLT/1357-2014 standard.
2, filter element flux: for 8m3 / (m2 * h) - 108m3 / (m2 * h) between.
3, winding organic matter dissolution: 70 ℃ conditions, winding organic matter dissolution is less than 8μg / (g * h).

V. Product inspection requirements
1, the supplier in accordance with the requirements of DLT/1357-2014, Table 4, 5.2 to provide inspection reports, to provide Xi'an Institute of Thermal Engineering or qualified third-party testing organizations issued by the filter material and the main performance indicators test report.
2, the supplier provides the imported certificate of origin of the winding wire, and provides the inspection report of the following parameters of the filter material:
Wire density, coefficient of variation of wire density, breaking strength, coefficient of variation of breaking strength, elongation at break, coefficient of variation of elongation at break, boiling water shrinkage, instability.
