Installation and use of the cartridge

　　● Cartridge Sterilization

　　Before using the cartridge, please sterilize it with steam. There are two types of sterilization: in the steam sterilizer and online.

　　1. Sterilization in the sterilizer: Remove the cartridge from the plastic bag and place it in the sterilizer for half an hour at 121℃.

　　2. In-line sterilization: Install the cartridge in the filter in the correct way (0.5mm between the fixing plate and the cartridge) and pass the steam for half an hour.

　　Installation of the filter cartridge

　　1. Wet the O-ring and slowly insert the cartridge vertically.

　　2. Do not over tighten the cartridge.

　　3. Avoid direct hand contact with the cartridge.

　　4. Rinse the cartridge as much as possible before use.

　　Cartridge Maintenance

　　When the cartridge cannot meet the designed flow rate, open the filter after stopping the machine, take out the cartridge from the filter, rinse the surface dirt on the faucet, then soak it in 4% hydrochloric acid for 24 hours, then soak it in 4% sodium hydroxide for 24 hours, then take it out and rinse it on the faucet, check whether the O-rings have been damaged or not, and replace the O-rings if they have been damaged, and then install the cartridge in accordance with cartridge installation method, and then install it at a pressure of less than 0.1Mpa. After installing the cartridge according to the cartridge installation method, rinse it under the pressure less than 0.1Mpa. If the cartridge needs to be shut down for a long time after use, please take out the cartridge, clean and dry it according to the way described above, then store it properly and use it next time when the machine is turned on.
